Good slippy Friday mornin’ all. Roads weren’t nice out at my end but once we hit Kanata it was better. I have to admit I was playing games on my iphone. I think my honey likes that better than me digging my nails into the dashboard. Take it easy out there driving or walking is treacherous.

Mr Red, I stopped smoking a year ago.
To encourage myself to keep on trying to stop, I built an Excel Worksheet that calculates, from the day I stopped to anytime you open the worksheet, how much cigarettes I did not smoke, How much money I saved and should have in my bank account (OK that did not work, I spent it somewhere else, LOL), How much poison I did not inhale and so on.
I a year I did not inhale over one pound of toxins and poison.

If anybody is interested in having that worksheet, I would need to know how to insert it in a blog or a place where I can post it and insert the link in a blog.

If it is not possible then I will post my email address.

@123 – I too quit about 15 years ago after smoking a pack a day for over 15 years. Last time I roughly calculated, I saved over $40,000. Like you, I didn’t save it but I had 40Gs to spend elsewhere.
