I cannot enter the final Raffle, it keeps saying I “You have already received the max amount of entries for this prize.”

Any way to fix this so I have a chance for the last draws?

@Dark Shadow: I wonder if Toronto will get it fixed. I actually wrote to Astral Media twice about 3-4 weeks ago about our problem seeing that they are the ones that were holding the rock rewards up. I have yet to get a reply back from them.

FYI: I know it’s a bit early but I was on the Trans-Siberian Orchestra site the other day and I noticed our concert date this year is November 11th, Remembrance Day. I wish it were a little closer to Christmas but I will still definitely go.

Wouldn’t it be nice if some of our soldiers got free tickets to go to the concert being that it’s Remembrance day. Hint Hint Virgin;)

it’s pretty odd that it’s the same old website, pre-Virgin, yet whichever bodies are involved in it’s workings can’t get the site to function. It’s been many months and beyond the realm of credulity. It still gives “Bluesfest Contest” as a drop-option, and there are conflicting messages on the home page about the VRR program FCS. When the Bear died in January, Astral Media shd have killed the “insiders club” on the website, instead of limping along with nothing really happening. Boo to all the corporate jerkoffs who went and messed with a great thing!

Hi Greg – what do you mean “today is the last day” ? Do you mean the last day for the Virgin Blog ? I would like to see it still open for another week at least. Hopefully they will get the problem fixed with the Final raffle and we can start spending our points. Thanks Jeff

@Greg: Last day they gave out codes was Tuesday and next Thursday the 26th @ 5pm is supposed to be the last day for getting the raffle tickets. Now as it stands that none of us are able to get a raffle ticket I don’t see how the 26th will be the last day.
I just hope that they don’t end up putting all the peoples names (1 entry each) that belong to the rewards program into a hat and just drawing it that way. That would certainly not be fair to us people who have been there from day 1 collecting these points.

@Caribbeangirl: I noticed that a few weeks ago, tickets go on sale to the general public Sept 14. I will be going again this year, great show I hope they mix the second part of the show up again.

I think that if the raffles are not working they will still run a draw because they know the number of points that each of us have and can divide by 5,000 to give them the number of entries.

Looks like they have about 40 prizes to give out so some of us should have a chance to win something.

@Dark Shadow Last year was 1st for my hubby and I. I’m going to take some of the boys this year. The ones I know will enjoy it.
Think I’m going to try for the 200 level seats this year. Maybe straight back from the stage so I can see everything that’s going on. I don’t think I would want to be on the floor. I think you would miss things. I signed up to their fan club.

I can just see it now. Manually figuring out how many tickets each of us are due. I can still see poor KB sitting there all frustrated with the manual points fix he had to do last fall. Poor sucker who gets stuck with that one. Look Out DoorMatt :o)

@Greg: Thanks Greg for letting us stick around a little longer. I guess we will have to all congregate on the Chez blog.

@Caribbeangirl: I was in row 11 last year and the seats were great but you are right I was on the side in level 100 the year before and it is a different view when you can see the whole stage.
